Ross found his love for sales when he became a

real estate agent at the young age of 19. To go alongside his passion for working with his hands, he started his own successful construction company, building and selling new single family homes. However, keeping his eye on the market, he noticed a new niche that seemed more desirable. As he researched further, he decided to make a wholesale change into buying, renovating, and holding multi-family units. Now, working through his own brokerage, Stepping Stone Brokers Ross has provided countless buyers, sellers, investors and business owners with expertise on how to take the next step forward in their real estate venture. When he's not hunting down off-market deals and closing on new investments, he enjoys skateboarding, surfing and spending weekends wakeboarding with his wife and son. 



Aaron is best described as a self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. He has been a small business owner since 2015 and helping people navigate big life decisions is what he’s most passionate about. Naturally, that passion aligned perfectly with Real Estate, and since obtaining his license he has been guiding home buyers and sellers through every detail of the process. Clients appreciate his open, honest and straight-forward approach, which creates a less stressful and more educational transaction. He specializes in  Marketing and Negotiations, two must haves when looking for a Realtor! When he's not closing deals and negotiating contracts, he enjoys playing guitar, photography and hanging with his 2 sons and rescue dog, Benji.
